Run BRAMS in your own territory.
The problem is everywhere. The sale is local.
- Small associations everywhere hold the same gap: no reliable record of what the property is made of, or what has been done to it.
- The buyer is a volunteer board. It decides in a meeting, with neighbors, and it buys from someone it can meet.
- The work behind the model is local: walking the property, reading the permits, sitting with the manager.
- That is a business built market by market, which is why we license territories instead of selling everywhere at once.
A franchise puts someone local in front of the board, running their own company on a platform no independent operator could afford to build alone.
We provide the technology. You run the business.
We provide the technology
- The platform: hosting, updates, security and one isolated workspace per association you sign.
- The method and the data standard, so a model built in your territory is structured the same way everywhere else.
- Training and certification, commercial and technical, for you and for the people you bring on.
- The brand, the sales material and the product roadmap, with our specialists reachable when a question goes past you.
You run the business
- Your company: your team, your hires, your costs, and the pace you grow at.
- Your market: the boards and managers you approach, the associations you sign, and what you charge them.
- Delivery: the survey, the model and the asset records behind it, kept current as work gets done.
- The relationship. You are the face of BRAMS in your territory, from the first meeting to renewal.
How a franchise earns. You bill your associations directly: once for building each model, and monthly for the platform and your support. Project income comes first, and the subscriptions accumulate as the territory fills. What you pay us is a franchise fee for the territory and a fee tied to the associations you keep on the platform. We go through both on the first call.
The technology, the method and the territory.
- An exclusive territoryOne operator per territory, drawn on a map and written into the agreement. No second franchise sells into it, and neither do we.
- A platform you never have to buildHosting, updates, security and uptime stay with us. Every release reaches the associations you serve without a line of work on your side.
- The production methodHow a property is surveyed, what the model has to contain, and how the asset records are structured to COBie. Documented, with the templates and the quality checks that go with it.
- Training and certificationBIM fundamentals, the platform and the delivery process, for you and for the people you hire. Manuals and recorded sessions included, and new staff can be certified later.
- The commercial methodHow to open a board, what to ask in the assessment, how to structure a proposal and how to present the model in an owners meeting.
- Technical backupWe review your first deliveries, and our specialists stay reachable when a board asks something the answer to which should not depend on you being available.
Three routes in.
- AEC and BIM firms
- Architects, engineers and BIM consultants with production capacity already in place, looking to turn one project at a time into a recurring service business.
- Property management operators
- Managers and management companies who already sit in front of boards, and who add the technical side by hiring it or contracting it.
- Local operators
- People with a network in their market who build the team around the method. We certify whoever you bring on before you open.
What we ask in return:
- Presence in the territory you want. This is not a business run remotely.
- Technical capacity to deliver, in house or contracted. We train and certify it, but the team is yours.
- Capital to launch and to carry the first months before subscriptions accumulate.
- Willingness to run our method and our data standard, so a model built in your territory is readable everywhere else.
- A commitment to the platform as the product, not as a lead source for other services.
